3 max effort attempts at each of the following:

– Triple Broad jump for distance (3 consecutive broad jumps = 1 attempt)
– HS hold for time (Atempt is over once athlete’s feet touch the ground)
– Unbroken Strict T2B for reps. (Attempt is over once athlete lets go of the bar)

Perform in any order. Rest as needed between attempts
