At Flatirons Performance Center, we believe in comprehensive CrossFit training. Our programs cater to a variety of athletes no matter their goals or fitness level.   • On-Ramp

    Every new CrossFitter starts their journey with this introductory program. You’ll work one on one with a trainer to learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements as well as to discuss goals, nutrition and lifestyle. Our On-Ramp program will get you ready for success in our regular CrossFit Class.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Plus, every WOD is different so you never get bored!

  • Endurance

    Want shorter race times? Tired of overuse injuries keeping you on the sidelines? In this class, we’ll be targeting muscle groups that are traditionally weaker on endurance athletes, all while developing explosive speed. The goal is to leave you stronger, faster, and more immune to the wear and tear of the field.

  • Athlete

    Flatirons Athlete is a strength and conditioning program designed for an athlete, field sports, and those in contact sports.

    We use organic functional movements performed at high intensity to simulate the demands placed on an athlete during a game. Flatirons Athlete programming takes into account the demands placed on players during the game and the distances they will have to travel. With this in mind, we can replicate the stresses and situations a player will face on the field. By combining high-intensity movements with a comprehensive strength and speed program, the result is a training program that is unparalleled in the industry.

    The utility of this program is not theoretical; it has not been designed by someone that thinks it might work, but by athletes and coaches who have dominated at the highest levels of competitive athletics. The Flatirons Athlete program is designed to work for all players regardless of age or experience. The loads, distances, times, intensity and programming can be scaled, and the program has been designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels of training advancement.

    This program was designed by athletes for athletes and is run by former and current high-level athletes. Meaning that we have a deep personal understanding of the needs of athletes. We have personally experienced the drastic effect that this program brought to our ability to dominate on the field. What we want to find are people who are ready to jump in, work their ass off and embrace the program with an open mind and attitude. This program will transform you.   • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will meet with you 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots.

    • $75 - $100 per hour depending on the coach
  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Our Olympic Weightlifting class follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. It’s great for those looking to improve technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Bootcamp

    Our CrossFit Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like regular CrossFit classes. Instead, we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements, and more.

  • Nutrition

    Learn how to optimize your nutrition for weight lose and performance! How we eat is vital to living a healthy lifestyle. Sit down with a coach to discuss your goals and get a custom nutrition program to help you maximize your training!

  • 30 Minute Skills Session

    Our skills session is perfect for anyone who is looking to learn or master any of the movements that we see in CrossFit. From Double Under’s to the elusive Muscle Up our coaches can work with you 1-1 to help you become proficient and skilled in these movements.
